Single from folk-indie band.
'You've No Clue Do You' is a song that promptly launches itself into the chorus and is more than happy to stay there. Its breezy, light tone breeds energy and its gentle and wholeheartedly Scottish folk sound is pleasant but not distinctive.
As a single this fails in the sense that it just isn't memorable enough, and if this is the best that King Creosote have to offer then I can only say that I won't be paying much attention to them in the future. It would be a low blow to suggest that the title's message could easily be turned on the band themselves, so I'll just let that suggestion linger instead. In general 'You've No Clue...'is a song with little originality that repeats itself far more often than its three and a half minute running time should allow.
