Flykkiller - Shine Out Shine Out
Flykkiller is the collaboration between two of electronic music’s main contenders. Stephen Hilton is the man behind the beats. He’s created music for film, produced for numerous bands including Pulp and Depeche Mode and is David Holmes’ working partner. PatI Yang on the other hand is Poland’s answer to electro, a girl who at just 18 years of age released one critically acclaimed album.
‘Shine Out, Shine Out’ is the latest release from Flykkiller’s full length album ‘Adventures In A Violent Light’. The single drips with anthemic like quality, chilled to the core with fuzzy bass lines and modest minimal beats. They drive the track all the while making room for Pati’s sexy staccato vocals.
Dangerously dark and deeply seductive, funked up soul with a poppy chorus that provides the hook.
Not only is ‘Shine Out, Shine Out’ a definite grower, it will cross genres, danceable enough for electro fans and edgy enough for those who like to rock.
