Little Boots
‘Remedy’ is the new single by Little Boots, aka Victoria Hesketh. Following on from her long awaited album ‘Hands’, this single is a demonstration of Victoria’s determination, creativity and ambition to write “a really dark dance pop song, a bit like ‘Toxic’ by Britney". It seems she has done the trick.
This song is certainly dance friendly and will be getting hoards of people moving in the clubs this summer. When combining some nifty dance beats and some buoyant rhythms you have a decent melody. But when accompanied by Little Boots strong, sweet and very melodious voice the song is complete. The chorus in particular is very catchy.
Little Boots is an electropop musician that will be getting many of us attempting to move on the dance floor, and although we will likely fail terribly at least we will be doing it to some decent music.
