Gliss
Los Angeles trio Gliss has made a wise choice in the release of their new single ‘Beauty’, the second single to be taken from their forthcoming album ‘Devotion Implosion’. Beauty is said to be in the eyes of the beholder. But there is no mistaking; ‘Beauty’ is exactly that.
The track is written about love loss and em drugs. Martin’s lead vocals can be croaky but mostly emotive, with Victoria’s gentle and barely audible voice in the distance. Where the vocals are concerned, they seem to be taken over with adorability for the music, as if impressed by the beauty of what they are hearing. The song is riddled with guitar riffs and the elements are really able to bounce off each other and support one another where needed.
The beauty of this track will gain many more listeners for the album.
