Six months after the release of their second album Freaks Like Us, Straight Lines return with a new single and before you think it, no they have not gone all Christmassy on us.
Straight Lines is known for their energetic songs, colossal choruses and powerful vocals and this song is no exception. Ring The Bells is one of the album's many highlights and incorporates everything the band is renowned for and more. Their adrenaline fuelled energy is just as powerful as ever, the fast paced lyrics of the verses are striking while the sing-a-long chorus is immense. The segment where lead singer Tom Jenkins screams the lyrics while guitarist James Pugh intervenes is amazing. The single features two exclusive live B-sides, Say It For Your Sake and So Many Paths.
Straight Lines are currently on a tour of the UK and go on their first European tour later this year with Sonic Boom Six.
