For All The Wrong Reasons - We're Not Losing, We're Just Not Winning

We're Not Losing, We're Just Not Winning is the debut EP to come from power punksters For All The wrong Reasons.

The opening track to the EP is These Last Few Years Haven't Been So Kind and is just as you would expect, and want, from a punk release. It has high amounts of energy and bounce and of course a catchy chorus. This is followed by Who Died and Made You King of the Zombies, which although it has less bounce in its step, remains consistently catchy, upbeat and energetic. It Always Rains (Except When It Snows) has a more vigorous sound, faster paced drumming and a gruffer vocal tone that develops with some harmonies, united chants thrown in at several points.

It's Not Me With The Problem, It's Everyone Else is slightly deeper than the start of the EP with the vocals taking on a much more edgy tone, while the concluding track Worn Out is a pop punk slice of sweet sugary candy, bounce driven pop with a chewy punk centre...yummy! The united vocals harmonies that close the song and the EP are wonderful and make you want to hear more from the band.

Considering the five some have been playing together for only a small amount of time, formed at the start of the year, within the last 8 months they have achieve so much, including this brilliant five track introduction into the sound of the band that leaves a lasting impression.
