Little Fish conquering the big pond, look out, she's making waves!

Little Fish is a self-taught singer-songwriter with a real knack for delivering a top-quality tune with such a sense of ease that could make any aspiring artist give it all up and settle for an accountancy job. Her style is that of a cooled off acoustic Janis Joplin, sweet meaningful songs wrought with a passion and fire evident in every little bit of the music.

'Revolution' is a beautiful song, her voice streaming across the sturdy backdrop like some magnificent bird soaring through clouds of red and yellow and gold at sunset. It's a stand-up-and-make-a-statement song; 'I know I hold a revolution in my hand' says it all with optimism and determination, glorious.

Such a strong voice and such a talent which marks this female artist as really someone to look out for in 2006, I don't know how big the pond is, but this Little Fish is certainly making waves... 'Clock Face' is equally powerful, with a Julie Delpy-esque quiver in the vocal and the strength of Whitney Houston mixed with the conviction of Sinead O'Connor...

'Ashes' and 'Thirst' too compliment this EP with grace and style and an unrelenting sense of triumph. Alike most, in vocal resemblance, to Linda Perry of Four Non Blondes fame, but in terms of attitude and conviction matching those few songwriters whose integrity has always been paramount to anything else. Yes indeed, Little Fish, be aware, she's good, get into it...
