Hot Hot Chili Peppers

"The chemistry was in better order than in a long time," Anthony Kiedis told the world earlier this year. "Everyone is frighteningly happy at the moment." Although he says he's again exploring "the dark and nefarious side of Los Angeles" in his lyrics, he clarifies, "but not in a judgmental sense," venturing, "It's all about the joy of dysfunction."

'Tell Me Baby' is one of the stand out tracks on "Stadium Arcadium", and it is no surprise that it has been released as the second single from the album. There is a fantastic chord intro but develops in to a very funky sound as the song develops. But the sublime free-flowing bass encapsulates the characteristics of the band.

This single shows the Red Hot Chili Peppers are once again at the top of their game and are once again going from strength to strength. 'Tell Me Baby' hits all the right buttons and will be another hit.
