An Stunning Return To Form
Evanescence make their long awaited return with 'Call Me When You're Sober' taken from their upcoming second album 'The Open Door'. 'Call Me When You're Sober' is all about Amy Lee's ex-boyfriend Shaun Morgan (of Seether) and it sees her turn something bad into something beautiful.
'Call Me When You're Sober' really shows how much the band have grown personally and professional, I personally think this song is the best they have released to date and is guaranteed to bring Evanescence back to the top of radio play lists. In true Evanescence style Amy's voice soars over some impressive power chords.
It seems that the introduction of Terry Balsamo, Lee's new song writing partner is a very good thing, and if this track is anything to go by 'The Open Door' should be fantastic.
