Femetal at it's greatest.

Throughout their long and colourful history, Arch Enemy have always shown that women can rule the roost just as well as men can, and without wanting to slant my own gender, I'd say at the moment Angela is doing a better job at it than most. Taken from their latest Opus "Anthems of Rebellion", Dead Eyes is a ferocious mixture of typical death metal hatred with a woman's touch that leaves the listener gasping for breath.

Aside from the single, this new EP contains three, yes three, slices of Gothenburg's greatest metal played to those lucky French people. Heart of Darkness takes the award for 'best live track' here, and Angela has no problem bringing a whole new wave of life (and death) to Megadeth's "Symphony of Destruction".

This is a big EP, featuring eight tracks which is a fair deal by any slice of the cake. Fantastic live tracks and covers that prove that this band are versatile, Dead Eyes might not see a future but RoomThirteen.com definitely see a fantastic one for Arch Enemy.
