Agreeably fuzzy and warm sounding, 'Can you Prove (Something to me)' which is only the second single release from this British indie/rock/pop quartet has a danceable, bouncy tune that makes you think of nights out with your best mates. The single is radio friendly, poppy, catchy and anthemic and sports a slight 60s feel and plenty of student club night appeal.
While the main track on this single is an energetic, danceable indie-pop tune, the flip side is unfortunately something of a disappointment – it sounds like a tune the Beatles might have rejected but with a terrible American accent on the vocals, it really irritates and never gets going, frankly, it's more than dull.
