My Federation - Dont Wanna Die
As we all know Brighton has a bright and buzzing music scene and My Federation are the latest band to emerge from its murky depths and are releasing the single ‘Don’t Wanna Die’.
‘Don’t Wanna Die’ is instantly catchy and easily accessible and with electro-pop making a comeback these guys could see themselves getting catapulted into the mainstream. The single has a big sing along chorus that lodges itself deep in your subconscious and ultimately you end up singing it all day. Frontman Lee Baker’s vocals are perfectly suited to their synth infused music and toe-tapping beats. ‘Don’t Wanna Die’ has an anthemic-like quality and is bound to bring the house down when performed live, I can picture the crowd singing and dancing along just by listening to it.
My Federation seem to be a fun band that enjoy what they do and ‘Don’t Wanna Die’ has bucket loads of commercial appeal, so I think we’re going to be hearing a lot more about these guys.
