Cazals - Somebody, Somewhere

London quintet Cazals release their new single Somebody, Somewhere and they are still showing their potential.

Starting with keyboards that sound like they have come straight out of a 1980’s computer game, then added by rhythmatic guitar and drums it slowly builds up to a crescendo of strutting guitars, rocking drums and excitable lyrics for the chorus telling of how there is someone out there for the singer in a slightly husky voice. This song is definitely a good foot tapping song that does kind of remind me of The Strokes and I am sure they would have been proud if it was them.

Cazals brand of bold adventurous style works well on Somebody, Somewhere and it is easy to imagine this track being danced to up and down the country in indie clubs if Cazals were better known and surely it’s not long before they are.

The band is currently playing several dates in the UK and goes to Tokyo next month.

Somebody, Somewhere is released on both 7” and 12”.
