'Sister Temptation' - dark and dangerous
Midasuno have been touring extensively since their formation in 2000, so where they found time to write and record their material is miraculous. Yet another band hailing out of South Wales, four-piece Midasuno have an alternative rock styling and have no intentions on holding back on this release.
‘Sister Temptation’ is a dark, intense and depressing atmospheric track. There is an urgency about it that explodes from the moment the track commences to the second it concludes. Without a shadow of a doubt this track will get your nerves twitching and your fingers shaking unconsciously. The synth areas are unexpected and add an otherworldly dimension to this number.
The shaky rhythms and jolted riffs that rage through have an unnerving yet yearning about them. The vocals from Scott Lee Andrews add to the environment with the ear piercing screaming, harsh yelps and at times emotional blasts of energy. This is defiantly not a song for anyone already on edge.
