Johnny Foreigner - Salt, Pepper & Spindarella

Birmingham trio, Johnny Foreigner, release “Salt, Pepper and Spindarella” which is by far one of the stand out tracks from their impressive album “Waited Up Til It Was Light”.

A short intro builds up to the male / female vocal interaction between lead singer and guitarist Alexei with bassist Kelly which works perfectly, both voices complementing each other and adding a little bit of fun to the song. The last thirty seconds sees the song change dimension, the dancey element giving way as the drums and guitar blast in unannounced for a furious finale.

Johnny Foreigner are about to embark on a 17 date UK tour from the end of September through to October promoting one of the best singles to have been released in the indie scene this year. Then at the end of October they are popping back over to the States for a New York gig too, as you do.
