The Metros - Talk About It
Everyone seems to know Peckham for all the bad reasons, but has anyone ever taken into consideration the good that comes out of this South London area?
One such good aspect being the five-piece Indie rock band The Metros. Bringing a little of what has been thought of as 'punk and roll', the recent single ‘Talk About It’ is something I consider unique to the music industry at the minute. It has lead guitarist Jak Payne giving his all with some sharp puckering, and vocalist Saul Adamczewski getting his lips flapping faster than I ever thought possible.
As with many tracks ruling the music industry today, the chorus is extremely upbeat and catchy; “And you always say we’ll talk about it, Always say we’ll talk about it, Mmm maybe yeah we’ll talk about it”. With the bands debut album hot on the heals of this single, if you can't wait for more, you don’t have to!
