Enjoy the ride.

This self-titled, five-track EP, shows that mainstream melodic rock needn’t be hum-drum and generic. ‘Rifles’ opens proceedings with a hook laden and punchy tune that has dark tones, chunky riffs and a super-catchy sing along chorus. ‘Holiday Lover’ has a really big sound which struts along with plenty of attitude and beats that are easy to move to. ‘Something Else’ sports some Muse-esque vocals, an excellent bass line, quirky time signatures and more of that all encompassing depth of noise that this band do so well. ‘When I Choose’ takes the tempo down a notch at the start but quickly brings in a sparkling, fuzzy, wall of noise that washes over you beautifully and ‘Pyrotechnic Eyes’ hits you with a pop driven melody and sweet riff that’s oh so good to groove to. A record of easily accessible, very well constructed tunes that are difficult to get out of your head even after just one play.
