However, it does not take long until Yourcodenameis:Milo begin what they do best- playing a psychedelic mixture of space-age gallivanting music with a meaty rock vein. One moment screaming, the next lavishing dreamlike swirls of melody upon those watching, Yourcodenameis:Milo are an interesting watch indeed.
The band have been likened to The Mars Volta and for good reason- there are similarities lurking amongst the aggressive mid song tempo changes that just make you want to get up and leap around to the bouncy riffs and boundless energy shown by the band playing live. Clear vocals and driven basslines mean the band have a very rounded sound that when complimented by solid drumwork means that Yourcodenameis:Milo sound aggressively energetic in the best way possible.
