Joint tour with Tonight Is Goodbye
They have toured the length of the UK and back again. Shared the stage alongside other Welsh bands such as Funeral For a Friend and The Blackout as well as our home-grown talent You Me At Six. It was on the Blackout’s February 2008 tour I first saw Attack! Attack! perform; I found myself not very impressed. When the supported You Me At Six five months later, I came to enjoy the set that little bit more. Now, upon seeing them for the third time, I have rotated 180 and enjoyed their set very much.
It could have been while supporting You Me At Six where Tonight is Goodbye and Attack! Attack! formed a friendship and built a bond that bought them together for this joint tour. One stop they made was at Islington’s Bar Academy.
The lads have definitely grown as a band over the past year. They have gathered quite a following since the release of their self titled album, with many individuals singing along to the music as the band gave into the fans hunger for dynamic and explosive tunes, belted out tracks such as ‘Honesty’, ‘Home Again’ and the mellower number ‘The Music Made Me Do It’. They may not have been the highlight of the evening but they put on a lively and rapturous set as if their life depended on it. Practice makes perfect and Attack! Attack! has now proven such a statement true; they are well on their way at making the big leagues.
