Bring on the bigger stage - these guys deserve it!
It was early on Friday afternoon at Hammerfest, the Queen Victoria (aka Stage 3) were still not quite in the metal spirit. Nobody seemed to notice as Sondura stepped onto the stage... until they started to play.

Kicking off with 'Live Before You Die', collectively the room seemed to turn to check out the source of this great music. It wasn't long before loiterers from outside had pushed their way to the front of the stage and were visibly enjoying Sondura's mid-range metal performance.

'Scars', 'No Escape', 'Wasting' and '1000 Miles' followed, each song as enjoyable as the last.
The band interacted wonderfully with the crowd and undoubtedly made a few new fans that day (me being one of them!), I was disappointed when the set drew to a close.

Definitely a band to watch!
I hope Sondura return to a Hammerfest in the future, they would be guaranteed a warm reception.
