Destine live and loud!

When Destine supported Attack! Attack! at the O2 Islington Academy last year, they stunned the crowd with their robust stage performance and catchy pop rock tunes from their debut album Lightspeed. Six months on and the lads return to the UK to support Room 94 on their Loud Noises Spring Tour and once again left the venue astounded with their stage performance and musical abilities.

As well as tracks from their debut album, the lads treated the crowd to some of their new material, taken from their upcoming second album Illuminate. These tracks appear to be more of the same upbeat, energetic, poppy songs we have already experienced and each and every song received the same response – scream, shouts and yelps of enjoyment and fulfilment from the crowd. Their rendition of Jay Sean's Down was by all means one of the most energy driven performances the evening had on offer and was exceeded by the crowd screaming and dancing along. It is the crowd participation and the way in which the band responds to this that really shows the appreciation and understanding band and crowd have for each other. Destine chat to the fans screaming their name and the fans react to this with yet another wave of screams. They jump together, scream together and sweat together – balancing each other out well.

With new Destine material currently making the rounds, here is hoping a Destine Tour is in the works too.
