Fall Out Boy are back!
Safe to say that a lot of people who bought Reading tickets were probably convinced to by this next act. Four years on since they last played the main stage at Reading, the newly matured Fall Out Boy were back and ready to take on the festival crowd that originally gave them the warmest european welcome. Thriller starts the proceedings off with a bang and all the die hard fans are on their feet shouting the lyrics back to Patrick Stump as he belts them out. His voice has improved a staggering amount since the last time they played.
The set obviously had to have the classics of Sugar, We're Going Down, Dance Dance and This Ain't A Scene. Obviously the newly resurrected Fall Out Boy weren't going to leave without playing their new tracks from their latest album [Save Rock and Roll]. The Reading crowd got Alone Together, Phoenix, My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark and Just One Yesterday.
Fall Out Boy have been gone for so long but that didn't seem to bother Reading at all, they were welcomed back with open arms now all they need is a full UK tour.
