Black Veil Brides - The Church of the Wild Ones Tour at The Camden Roundhouse
What began many moons ago as a young man's dream to make music soon became something far greater than founding member Andy Biersack could have ever imagined; he was on the path to make his dreams come true. Hailing from Hollywood California, a place well known for giving people their five minutes in the limelight, Black Veil Brides kick started their career in the music industry with the release of We Stitch These Wounds and have since have grown into a band followed by millions all across the world and this stop at Camden's Roundhouse was just one amazing night on their Church of the Wild Ones Tour.
Black Veil Brides consists of Andy (lead vocals), Ashley (bass, backing vocals), Jake (lead guitar), Jinxx (rhythm guitar, violin) and CC (drums), and this evening they performed tracks from across their discography. There was Knives and Pens and Perfect Weapon from the band's debut album, The Legacy and Rebel Love Song from Set The World on Fire which was the album that really set the band on a path of greatness and of course several tracks from the bands recent release Wretched and Divine such as I Am Bullet Proof and Nobody's Hero among many other tunes. The two most memorable tracks were saved until the set came to its explosive ending; Fallen Angels which was the track that for many individuals in the crowd was the one that first introduced them into the world of Black Veil Brides and In The End, one of the more recent band releases.
With a set full of incredible songs that spanned the bands discography, it was all topped off with explosions of fire at several intervals and one almighty drum solo by the incredibly talented CC. This is a drummer that is not just content on just pounding away through a track, but causes some powerful crashes and jaw-dropping moments. When Black Veil Brides hit a city on tour they don't just want to put on a night of great music, they aim to create a memorable experience that will blow you away and leave you breathless until the next time they return. With this tour, Black Veil Brides were able to do just that.
