We Are Fiction
Next up a brilliant band who have the perfect combination of singing, screaming and awesome riffs to go with it.
Fresh off the buzz of releasing their debut album One for Sorrow, We Are Fiction took to the stage and though the crowd were still lacking they were able to throw out a decent set of songs and prove to the Max Raptor audience that they are here and they will be heard.
Opening with the awesome Mansion House, the lead singer Phil addresses the crowd and asks people to put their arms around one another and even though the crowd was small they did offer this one comfort. My Dreams Are Haunted was as they said a 'romantic' song so it needed people hugging. Their set was sprinkled songs from their brilliant debut album, with Earth Medicine in particular getting a great reaction. They ended their set with Sail On, the audience were left with their W's in the air and well and truly warmed up for the next two acts.
