Bolton...?
When you mention Bolton, the first thing that springs to mind does not
tend to be its music scene. More specifically, if asked to name a type
of music originating from Bolton - not many people would guess the
punk-metal stylings of Kinesis.
Starting their thirty minute set, the foursome play out most of their
debut LP 'Handshakes For Bullets'. Despite the fact that the majoity
of the crowd are only in the room at this point because they wanted to
be close to the front for Linkin Park, there are a few minds that are
opened up tonight.
If the world was fair, Kinesis would go far, they are talented and
humble live performers that make their set a pleasure to watch. For
those of us that may not feel contented with Linkin Park's stylings -
Kinesis have made the night a greater experience.
One of the bands to watch of the next twelve months.
