Super Furry Animals
I expected more from this act. In an alright musical performance, they somehow seemed to get no response from the audience at all, most of the crowd had switched off as if it were reduced to background bedding music.
Not even fans of this group stayed tuned due to its remarkable similarities to the set from their tour. Their over-use of sampling took away from the act, making it less of a performance, let alone a memorable one.
However, the musical talent of the band is still there. Despite their disability to maintain attention, it’s clear they’ve been together for 9 years, as they are very tight and they’ve clearly practised for years. But there is very little to comment on that isn’t covered by ‘boring’.
