Electric Soft Parade
A noticeable lack in variety of songs produced a fairly boring performance. Despite being well played, this set was one of the less captivating in my opinion. The few, if not only, famous tracks they chose still didn’t grab my attention despite it being the only I recognised, but maybe you need to know more of their songs to really get into them.
However Misunderstanding, their latest release, did get the crowd going slightly more due to its more uplifting nature.
In thanking British Sea Power for the supply of champagne, they explained a lot regarding BSP’s performance of they’re screeching, teenage-school-band like “performance”.
As good as their musical talent may be, they were definitely not a memorable act that I shall look back on.
