Pulled Apart By Horses Live at Leeds

It's Friday and it's time for Reading and Leeds to kick off at the main stage. Starting off are local Leeds lads, Pulled Apart By Horses Gaining a lot of respect and coverage thanks to Radio 1 and the likes, the Yorkshire lot start off with a bang producing their 3rd single Back To The Fuck Yeah at a volume that has the crowds drawing to the main stage. Followed in swift progression by 2011 hit, V.E.N.O.M, it's the fierce, flavoursome track that's needed to wake up the sleepy onlookers. The throwing of free larger undoubtedly is the more popular part of the set for those unfamiliar with the quartet as they storm through the more popular tracks of their early 2012 release Tough Love. For an opening band that five years ago were plumped in the middle of the BBC Introducing stage, a few tiers below the main stage, Pulled Apart By Horses really to strive to make a lasting impression. Whilst their sound quality wasn't up to scratch and at times it felt like the band had lost their footing, they really did do a grand job of entertaining the on lookers and setting Leeds 2012 in motion.
