Headcount - Two Heads
When you know that Headcount is being produced by Killing Joke's Paul Raven, you would imagine that their single must be excellent. Well, no. When listening to the tracks you don't know if you have to cry or laugh especially when the band is musically compared to Therapy and Motorhead: that is a terrible crime.
There is no music, no lyrics, no substance...nothing. Two Heads, the first track is flat. 'Die Monkey Die' is probably the only thing you will hear throughout the next tune. As for the rest of the tracks the only thing you hear is the chorus. The feeling you get is that it's been recorded in ten minutes; such is the quality of the music.
Having a famous producer doesn't mean that you have to forget about the quality. You can not promote a single or an album only on that! Let's hope that their album will be better...
