Confident, energetic rock 'n' roll for the mainstream.

Aside from the success of their single 'Rock 'n' Roll Queen', reaching the Top Twenty and the critical acclaim received for their debut album 'Young For Eternity', it's been a busy summer for this new British band, The Subways. After numerous support slots with the likes of Oasis, Weezer and Embrace, the band have wowed the crowds at Glastonbury, T in the Park, the Isle of Wight Festival and Guilfest. As if that wasn't enough, they return with yet another explosion of youthful exuberance in the form of their new single, 'With You'.

'With You' is typical of the kind of accessible rock 'n' roll that has recently been strutting its way through the hoards of dance and hip-hop to command a place in the UK mainstream. Beginning with intense guitar and raw vocals, 'With You' is full-to-bursting with rock energy and is made all the more catchy by the punk-influenced snotty simplicity of the track. While crashing cymbals and pounding drum beats explode alongside driving electric guitar, front man Billy Lunn conveys the sensitive lyrics of a love song through a passionate rock 'n' roll sneer.

'With You' swaggers through its three-minute entirety with the confidence and energy that comes from combining catchy, mature song writing with raw rock 'n' roll intensity. This is a track that will surely see The Subways exploding into the mainstream at full force.
