Buy It!

Buy it, is the only phrase I can use for this single. Even if it's only because once you've heard it you won't be able to get it out of your head.

Dogs Die In Hot Cars use melange of melodies which defies categorising. The closest I can get is to say that every part of this is pop for grown-ups. The lyrics, which are brilliant to begin with, are further enhanced by vocals that twist and turn like an eel in a jam jar. When that eel gets its teeth into you, like "Godhopping's" chorus, you'll never be able to shake it off.

The single is backed with a live favourite - 'Who shot the Baby'; again using catchy tunes and even catchier lyrics. The vocals are something else, if not full of throat to say the least.

This single, like its sound, is fun all the way. It's pop-rock that you can dance to and should hit the charts, leaving a lot of people in awe.

Their debut album is due out in June and it will be eagerly awaited by all who have picked up on this band. Slightly odd sound? Who cares, it's their own sound!
